Acupuncture & Chinese Herbal Medicine

Marienne discovered the benefits of Traditional Chinese Medicine during extensive travels in South East Asia. What began as a scientific interest quickly transformed into an in depth study and enduring fascination with this field of medicine.

She has completed two separate degrees. The first in Medical Science at RMIT (specialising in Clinical Biochemistry and Medical Microbiology) and the second in Traditional Chinese Medicine at UTS, receiving the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence, and the AACMA Annual Prize for most outstanding performance in Traditional Chinese Medicine studies.  

 

Marienne is passionate about sharing the best of both worlds by drawing on her knowledge and experience in conventional Western Medicine as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine to provide an integrated approach to all your health care needs.

She has a keen appreciation of the importance of sharing knowledge.  She actively engages with many professional seminars, as well as keeping up to date with current research. 


Marienne was also part of the wonderful team at The Acupuncture Pregnancy Clinic for 12 years. This is a specialty clinic focusing on supporting couples who are preparing to conceive or who are experiencing difficulty conceiving, as well as supporting women throughout their pregnancies and in post partum recovery.
